• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds locked in at that moment will apply — even if the odds change afterward.

4.3 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

4.4 Prohibited Activities

5.1 General Bonus Claim Conditions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — there is no option to claim the same bonus again.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time — the next bonus can only be activated once the current one is complete.

5.2 How to Understand Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets. Every bet counts toward the total — regardless of whether you win or lose.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will give qq9999 the right to cancel bonuses and investigate the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using false information to obtain bonuses, and using software to exploit bonuses are strictly prohibited.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the option to escalate your appeal to the management board.
